Full Service. We are here to assist from offer through closing! We provide you peace of mind knowing we're there to help from listing through closing. With 30 years + & over thousands deals, we can help guide you too.

Flat Fee Group is a nationwide organization of flat fee brokers and REALTORS®. Many flat fee MLS services available online are actually third-party referral platforms, which means they take your listing and pass it on to a broker in your state. The issue with these third-party sites is that you can't interview your broker before listing, and typically, they choose the broker who will work for the lowest fee. In contrast, Flat Fee Group allows you to list directly and gives you the opportunity to interview your state broker before you put your property on the market.
