The Listing Process (Please allow 24 hours to process)

Once you have decided to list your home or land, you can order online or over the phone.

The process is easy, and you can be listed in as little as 24 hours!!!!

* If ordered, you should receive your unframed sign in about 3-4 days, framed signs take about 10 days.

* As soon as you place your order, we will send you an email with the CO Questionnaire and submission form for your local MLS. These forms are in MS Word and can be filled out    
  online

* You email up to 40 photos to EricHybridRealty@Gmail.com. We highly recommend you get professional images; it’s worth it!

* Once we receive your paperwork, we will create all required disclosures and the listing agreement in an easy-to-use electronic format.

* After we review the listing paperwork with you and you sign it, we will list your property within eight business hours.

* As soon as it’s listed in the MLS, we will email a copy for you to proofread.
