3Easy Steps!

1) Submit Payment
Immediately after your order is placed our listing office will contact you, via email to begin the process of listing your home on the MLS. Please check your email frequently, including junk mail folder, after payment is made.

2) Return Executed Paperwork and Photos
This may be accomplished either via fax, email, or online, depending on the MLS and service provider.

3) MLS Listing Gets Activated:
Your Flat Fee MLS listing will be live within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of all required paperwork and photos. Your MLS listing can be viewed on: Realtor.com, Zillow, Redfin and thousands of other websites as soon as your listing agent activates the listing in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
